What a Life Coach does…

It all begins with an idea.

Maybe you want to feel more robust mentally to reach your potential. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, a good Life Coach can help.

A Life Coach is a nurturing, guiding presence to help you be inspired and discover your best self. They help you open your eyes to what you are looking for and remove the blinkers and barriers.

They give you tools and techniques to anticipate and overcome obstacles and bring you closer to self actualisation and meaningful purpose in order to be a better leader or example to others.

Life Coaching can have the benefits of helping you find more meaningful relationships with likeminded people by managing conflicts better and building positive cultures.

How is Life Coaching done?

Demonstrate. Teach. Monitor. Adapt.

Life Coaching is an empowering and nurturing journey of your self discovery guided by a professional with a specific set of concepts and skills to impart.

  • Accountability - I become your Accountability partner to support you to stay on track with your goals and help your stay committed and manage the challenges and opportunities as best as possible

  • Specialism - I will teach and guide you to see things through a prosperous lens creating a perspective that manifests success. This is a passage of reframing what you weren’t able to reframe yourself; we do it together.

  • Communication - We look to build a partnership through honest communication and foster a narrative between ourselves that builds a deep rapport. Through reflective listening and rational planning, we can achieve whatever you want to.

  • Acceleration - Patience is a virtue but wasting time is just that. We will look to reduce the learning curve and speed up the time to success. Let’s grab those small wins and pick the low hanging fruit!

What a Life Coach is not…

Life Coaching is NOT dictatorial.

It is not about providing answers to problems, solutions to dilemmas or giving you a detailed plan to follow; it is about supporting you to seek and find these for yourself.

A Life Coach is never responsible for a client’s success or failures unless they directly relate back to poor advice given. Their role is to inspire and motivate by decreasing procrastination or self limiting beliefs.

A Life Coach is a facilitator, creating a safe and secure environment in which you, the client, can thrive.
